Step 1. Turn off the printer power and unplug the power cord and USB cable. Step 2. Open up the frout cover then you can see the toner cartridge, before you can access the transfer roller , lift up and remove the toner cartridge gently out of the printer. Step 3. There is a blue gear on the left end of the transfer roller, use a spring hook to pop out here and lift the left side up then you can pull the transfer roller out of the right slot, so now you can remove the transfer roller from the printer.
