Can You Notice The Symptoms When The Fuser Assembly Works Exceptionally?

When you notice that the paper comes out from your printer with streaking, jamming, double images, black lines and smudges, do you know what's wrong with your printer? you would probably replace the fuser film sleeve or fuser roller that are worn off and damaged after certain amount of printing pages. Some printers comes with intelligent functions that shows you error codes indicating which part fail to work.

In addition to reasons mentioned above, there are some other problems you many need to find out with your fuser assembly, such as the broken gears, bad pressure roller, and heating element and thermistor work abnormally may cause these problems, so you need to detach your machine to do the trouble shooting and fix it.

Previous part we talked about disassemble the fuser unit on the HP LaserJet P2005, this time I'd like to show you how to reassemble this component.
